I started this blog almost six months ago, and it dawned on me that perhaps at this point, you’re wondering if I actually practice what I preach. Do I really wear what I write about?

I know that capes were a big trend for fall this year, and sure, they may warmly remind you of ’60s Mad Men fashion, but they’re just not my thing. I concede the arm openings are practical so you can clutch your daily venti Starbucks vanilla skinny latte or hail a cab—or flip someone off…
