Dippity Hue
I’m definitely not the first person who has noticed the recent trend of color-dipped furniture (i.e. painting pieces only partially). Apartment Therapy wrote about it last month. And this lovely Pinterest board shows the look on everything from baskets and bags to cutlery and clothes.
I especially like these “dipped” milking stools by UM Project which remind me of two-toned shoes:

“Udderly” simple and sleek.

Black-and-tan Cece Colorblock ballerina flats by J.Crew.

Skinny dipping.

Capped with yellow.

Shiny points. Elizabeth flats by Ann Taylor.
So have you dipped a toe in this trend yet?
