Home for the Holidays
- On our front door, a year-round felt wreath from Etsy that works for the holidays too. (I added the silver ribbon.)
- Hanging in our kitchen, a lightweight paper mobile by Flensted Mobiles from fab.com
- Another view towards the dining area.
- Yes, we got lights this year! These plug-in, 30-foot-long LED lights from Amazon are lightweight and stay cool. Such a bargain at $20! (We might keep them up permanently.)
- Poinsettia that Andrew picked up at Home Depot.
- Our simple and spare mantel.
- My dad bought the nutcracker many years ago. The “distortion” candleholder is from Areaware.
- Mercury glass ornaments from Crate&Barrel and the NYC skyline.
- “A” is for Andrew (via One Kings Lane).
- Our small, cute and lopsided tree from Whole Foods. (It’s our version of the lovable Charlie Brown Christmas tree.)
- Last year I had searched in vain for a tree topper. I finally got one last week at Crate&Barrel!
- A souvenir from the Hotel Frontenac in Quebec.
